Process Brief:
Qisheng ceramic membrane equipment is used for nanopowder washing, featuring automatic water replenishment and equipped with monitoring instruments. The system automatically shuts down upon reaching the set standards, enabling continuous production with convenient operation, reduced water consumption, stable performance, and zero product loss.
The product particle size D50 ranges from 0.8 to 2.5 μm, with feed concentration at 8–10% and concentration factor of 22–30%. Each unit delivers a production capacity of 200 kg/h, and 7 systems have already been installed for this project.
