Product Details

Process Brief:

Ceramic membrane ink purification and concentration is centered on inorganic ceramic membrane crossflow filtration, utilizing precise sieving and pressure-driven separation for efficient processing. The ink feed is first pre-treated to remove large particles and agglomerates, then pumped into the membrane module. As the feed flows at high velocity across the membrane surface, water molecules, soluble salts, and small-molecule solvents permeate through the membrane pores, while pigment particles and effective colloids are retained.

Technical Advantages:

The process operates at ambient temperature with no phase change and no chemical additives, avoiding heat-induced degradation of ink components. The crossflow mode minimizes membrane fouling, and with online cleaning ensures long-term stability. This process simultaneously accomplishes impurity removal, desalting, concentration, and thickening. After treatment, the ink is thoroughly purified with uniform particle size and consistent concentration, significantly improving stability, color development, and printing performance. Suitable for water-based, solvent-based, and various other ink types, this process is green, efficient, and economically advantageous.
