    Product Introduction:
Ceramic membrane filter elements are produced from premium raw materials – including fused alumina, alumina, silicon carbide, cordierite, and quartz – through precision forming and high-temperature sintering. The resulting microstructure features a uniform network of open pores with controllable pore size, high porosity, and excellent pore uniformity. These advanced filtration elements provide low resistance to flow, high permeability, and outstanding resistance to high temperatures, high pressures, chemical corrosion, acids, alkalis, and aging. With high mechanical strength, easy regeneration, and extended service life, they serve as reliable filtration and purification media. Their applications span solid-liquid separation, gas purification, water treatment with noise reduction, aeration, and more, across a broad range of industries including chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, food processing, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
    Product Details

Ceramic Filter Elements – Key Features

    1. High filtration precision – suitable for precision filtration of various media; ideal filtration accuracy can reach 0.1 μm with filtration efficiency >95%.

    2. Excellent acid and alkali resistance – suitable for strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide, etc.), and various organic solvents.

    3. High mechanical strength – suitable for high-pressure fluid filtration; maximum operating pressure can reach 16 MPa.

    4. Excellent thermal stability – suitable for high-temperature gas filtration, including flue gas and other hot gases; maximum operating temperature can reach 900°C.

    5. Long service life – depending on the filtration media, typically 6 months to 3 years.

    6. Easy operation – supports continuous operation; long backflush intervals and short backflush duration; convenient for automated operation.

    7. Clean state – the porous ceramic material itself is odorless, non-toxic, and free from particle shedding, making it suitable for sterile media filtration. The filter can be sterilized with high-temperature steam.
