Ceramic membrane filter elements are manufactured from high-quality raw materials including fused alumina, alumina, silicon carbide, cordierite, and quartz, through a process of forming and high-temperature sintering. The internal structure features a uniform distribution of numerous open pores, characterized by controllable pore size, high porosity, and uniform pore distribution. These filter elements offer low filtration resistance, excellent permeability, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, outstanding chemical corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, and high mechanical strength. They are easy to regenerate and have a long service life. As filtration and purification media, they have been widely applied in solid-liquid separation, gas purification, muffling water treatment, aeration, and other applications across industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, food, electronics, pharmaceutical, and water treatment.

High filtration precision – suitable for precision filtration of various media; ideal filtration accuracy can reach 0.1 μm with filtration efficiency >95%.
Excellent acid and alkali resistance – suitable for strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide, etc.), and various organic solvents.
High mechanical strength – suitable for high-pressure fluid filtration; maximum operating pressure can reach 16 MPa.
Excellent thermal stability – suitable for high-temperature gas filtration, including flue gas and other hot gases; maximum operating temperature can reach 900°C.
Long service life – depending on the filtration media, typically 6 months to 3 years.
Easy operation – supports continuous operation; long backflush intervals and short backflush duration; convenient for automated operation.
Clean state – the porous ceramic material itself is odorless, non-toxic, and free from particle shedding, making it suitable for sterile media filtration. The filter can be sterilized with high-temperature steam.
