Product Introduction:
Inorganic ceramic membranes are precision ceramic filtration materials with a porous structure, formed by high-temperature sintering of alumina, titania, zirconia, and other inorganic materials. They feature an asymmetric distribution of porous support layer, transition layer, and microporous membrane layer, with filtration precision covering microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration.

Product Classification

Our products are classified into two series based on membrane tube type: Ceramic Membrane Tubes and Ceramic Composite Membrane Tubes. Based on pore size, they are divided into Ceramic Microfiltration Membrane Tubes and Ceramic Ultrafiltration Membrane Tubes. Based on channel count, they are available in Single-Channel and Multi-Channel configurations.

We provide customized selection of ceramic membrane tubes or ceramic composite membrane tubes according to each customer's process requirements, specific system characteristics, and technical needs.

Product Advantages

Based on inorganic materials science, ceramic membranes offer superior advantages over other separation media such as plate and frame filters, centrifuges, diatomaceous earth, and polymer membranes:

  • Excellent chemical stability – resistant to acids, alkalis, and oxidation;

  • Resistant to organic solvents and high temperatures;

  • High mechanical strength and excellent wear resistance;

  • Long service life and large processing capacity;

  • Narrow pore size distribution with extremely high separation precision, capable of nanoscale filtration;

  • Easy to clean – can be chemically cleaned online or sterilized at high temperatures, and can be backwashed.

Application Fields

Our ceramic membrane products are widely applied in the following areas:

1. Fermentation Broth Clarification
Efficient filtration of fermentation broths derived from animal and plant extracts, enzymatic reactions (such as acrylamide and p-hydroxyphenylglycine), organic acids (including lysine, L-lactic acid, citric acid, and nucleotides), and antibiotics (such as penicillin, cephalosporin, erythromycin, colistin sulfate, gibberellin, and vancomycin).

2. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Extraction and purification of active pharmaceutical ingredients from herbal materials.

3. Oral Liquid Production
Clarification and filtration of oral liquid formulations.

4. Brewed Food Products
Sterilization and removal of impurities from soy sauce, vinegar, and other fermented condiments.

5. Beverage Industry
Clarification and filtration of fruit juices, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

6. Dairy Processing
Sterilization and concentration of milk.

7. Downstream Bioprocessing
Separation and purification of fermentation-derived products.

8. Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Treatment of oily emulsion wastewater, including oilfield reinjection water, cold-rolling emulsion wastewater, and recovery of metal cleaning fluids.
